Field & Record Highlighting

Field and Record Highlighting enables you to quickly view all extracted data elements that belong to a Pattern's Primary Schema and attached Subschemas.

Record Highlighting - Primary Schema
1. Record Highlighting within the Primary Schema
- Navigate to the right-hand-panel
- Click the lightning-bolt-button adjacent to the Pattern Name
- View the document as it scrolls into position, revealing the Record-Highlights respective to each Primary Schema field
- To switch-off the Primary Schema Record-Highlights, simply click the aforementioned button again
2. Field Highlighting within a Subschema
- Navigate to the right-hand-panel and click into a subschema drawer
- Can be enabled by clicking any Column Header (field-name) within the drawer
- Field-Highlights display in green for each respective value on the document itself
- To switch-off the Field-Highlights, simply click a highlight-activated Column Header again
3. Record Highlighting within a Subschema
- Navigate to the right-hand-panel and click into a subschema drawer
- Can be enabled by hovering the Row Number (record-index), revealing a lightning bolt, and then clicking the number to trigger highlight-activation
- Record-Highlights display in magenta for each respective value on the document itself
- To switch-off the Record-Highlights, simply click a highlight-activated Row Number again
