The dark blue navigation bar on the left-hand side of the UI provides useful information on how many documents are in Data Inbox, what Patterns are being associated with the documents, and more information about removed or documents that encountered an error in processing.
- Inbox - New
- This count indicates the number of documents that are new to Data Inbox and have yet to be reviewed
- Other Count
- Counts on this level indicate the number of documents that have either been actively removed from Data Inbox or documents that have failed processing (error)
- Pattern Count
- These numerical counts (adjacent to the Primary Schema) represent the quantity of documents that have been classified in each Pattern
- The count corresponds to the number of Primary Schema records in the New status for that Pattern
Using this navigation bar, you can navigate to the following pages:
- New
- The page that lists all documents at an overview, with information on whether the document is reporting any flags for review, how the document was uploaded into Data Inbox, date received, and the file type
- This page is where you are able to assign documents as needed
- Reviewed
- This page houses documents that have been reviewed by a tenant user. This means that the document, from the perspective of the reviewer, has all of the relevant fields of the Pattern(s) associated with the document filled with data
- Documents that are Reviewed are guaranteed to pass required data and type validatrion requirements, as defined by the Pattern
- Other - Removed
- This page contains documents have been removed by a user manually. These documents can be opened and restored to be restored back into Data Inbox
- Other - Error

- Pattern Name

- Processing
- Clicking here will allow you to see the documents currently being processed and which are queued up to be processed next
