Smart Capture Mode

When clicking into the Table and Text regions, you will notice the Smart Capture Mode button, which looks like two stacked sheets of paper. This button will allow you to input selected information into the fields in the Right Hand Panel in two clicks!

To enter into Smart Capture Mode, you will need to click the button and make sure that the button is highlighted blue. Once in Smart Capture Mode, a smaller version of the same icon will then appear and trail behind your mouse.

After entering into Smart Capture Mode, you can highlight any text and right click (CTRL + click if you are using a laptop or mouse with no right click function). This will make the icon, originally just an outline, become filled in completely with blue. This lets you know that the value you selected has been copied to your clipboard.

Now, to paste the the value, you will find the field you would like to enter the information into and click it. The filled in blue icon will now revert back to just being outlined.

Also notice the human-icon that appears on the right side in place of the trash can icon that was there before. Just as with manual edits to the Field, this tells you that this information was manually added.

This is also possible within the Subschema fields. Please ensure you have the Subscehma fields table pulled up and insert values as you would in the Primary Schema.
