Direct Field Association

In addition to Smart Capture Mode, there is another way to easily input the information from the document display into the schema fields.

For tables, after clicking into the table region, find the cell with the target information and right click on the cell. This will bring up a selection list of all the fields that are included within the pattern. From here, you will be able to select the correct field, and the information will be copied over!

If you don't want to input the whole cell, you can also highlight the desired text within the cell. Then, you will right click and the same menu will appear to allow you to select the field you want the information to go into.

This works similarly for text views. Just highlight the desired text, and right click. Select the desired field, and the information is inputted for you.

This is also possible within the Subschema fields. Just make sure you have the Subscehma fields table pulled up!
