The data retention policy of an individual tenant is set by Alkymi personnel to meet a clientโs contractual retention needs. This policy details how long documents should be kept in Alkymiโs system following archival. We have made enforcement of this policy more streamlined and automatic, along with additional options available to users to initiate a permanent deletion on their end, if they so require. Key Features:
- Ability to bulk select all documents across all pages of Data Inbox to delete, reprocess, or export all documents
- Clients can manually delete documents and their respective Records forever (including any database that contains this information) from Archived
- Alkymi can set number of days before a document is auto-deleted from Archived
- Alkymi can generate a report to send to clients with metadata details around autodeleted documents.
